Photography services for homes, apartments or commercial properties.

Additional Information
Additional session types available, including custom small wedding, larger event, engagement, commercial or business, product photography and directed art sessions. All sessions include print/personal use authorization as provided in contract to be signed prior to session/event date unless commercial use is specified. Non-refundable retainer of $80 or up to 50% session total to be supplied at the time of booking to guarantee reservation of your session date and time. Nonrefundable retainer fee is transferable up to 2 years, or forfeit if rescheduled within 48 hours of session unless due to illness or emergency as outlined in contract. All images include basic editing for light, color and content at photographer's discretion. Additional edits available at request as listed above. Returning clients are offered a 10% discount on all future standard bookings, except holidays, events, special pricing offers, discounts, themed, or mini sessions.
